ïîäïèñàòüñÿThe Theatrical Studio of actresses and rhetoric lecturers Elena Finogeeva and Nina Rakova resumed rehearsals at the International College for Arts and Communication (MKIK). Now the creative association is preparing the play ‘Don Quixote’ by Evgeny Schwartz.
The last academic year at the MKIK ended with the performance ‘It Happens Differently’. Students from different colleges transformed into new images and showed stage excerpts from the works ‘On the Road’ and ‘In Search of Joy’ by Viktor Rozov, Lena's monologue from the story ‘Scarecrow’ by Vladimir Zheleznikov.
Now the Theatrical Studio is working on the play ‘Don Quixote’. The main cast has already been formed, but the creative association still welcomes male performers.
Rehearsals take place regularly on Tuesdays (in Classroom 206 or the gym) and Thursdays (in Classroom 411) at 16:20.
You can enroll in the studio by turning to Galina Timofeeva in Education Office (Classroom 203).
Elena Finogeeva and Nina Rakova offer college students interesting exercises from stage practice allowing them to relax and learn to master the body and voice.
We are looking forward to the new work of the Theatrical Studio under the guidance of actresses and wish good luck to the students who will have to transform into new roles and make both themselves and the audience believe in the stage image.
