Global Talents (www.globaltalents.ru) is a unique internet platform finding and supporting talented young people from all over Russia. The platform has formed an intelligent and creative community of school students. The internet project has been fulfilled by students under the guidance of their mentors.
Vladimir Putin supported the idea to create a next-generation platform to find young talents from all over Russia at the Press Conference in December 2014.

promotion of Russian traditional cultural and moral values unobtrusively: thanks to participation in the project, students develop their spiritual and moral guidelines, respect for national and cultural legacy,and correct understanding of the notion ‘social responsibility’;
permanent interactive functioning of the website: the web-portal is provided with daily technical and ideological support;
multi-purpose competency-focused socialization: while carrying out the project, the students develop their spiritual, moral, professional, and general cultural competencies.
Development of students’ skills of elaborating and managing internet projects.
