ïîäïèñàòüñÿMKIK students took part in an online event called Peace Hour, which was hosted by the participants of the Peace 50 international women community. The event took place onInternational Peace Day and brought together 50 women leaders from 20 countries.
September 21 was proclaimed as the day of stopping the fire and violence on the whole planet. Women leaders from different countries couldn’t leave this important date unattended and hosted an online marathon,where they called upon people topreserve peace on planet Earth. Every woman’s speech was filled with emotions, and made us wonder and believe that we can make the world better.
The online event was participated in by MKIK students of different fields of training: Aleksandra Dyoma, Alina Novichkova, Polina Ledovskaya, Varvara Ivanova, Anna Drozdetskaya, and Polina Gordienko. The girls presented short yet emotional speches.
Alina Novichkova noted: “For me peace means calmness. Look around: the world has so much beauty in it. And I dream of the time when people from all countries, all continents will hold hands and support one another”. Varvara Ivanova reminded us that everyone “deserves the right to live without fear”.
These thoughts and speeches of students turned into a singleemotional and beautiful charge of positive energy that can affect thehearts of all concerned people.
After the end of the online event, it was clear what right and important matter the female leaders of the Peace 50 international community pursueby launching such events.
Every speech is a step towards peace, a reminder that we are one big family and Earth is our shared home.
Participation in such events allows the MKIK students to feel their involvement in meaningful projects of an international level, share their thoughts on equal footing withwomen leaders from different continents, and receive unique knowledge.
Open your hearts and appreciate everything that you have todaybecause we are the World!
