ïîäïèñàòüñÿStudents of MKIK celebrated Halloween on October 30. They dressed up as their favourite characters and participated in various activities. The event was organised by members of the Student Parliament and other students.
Halloween came from the Celtic holiday of Samhain, which proclaimed the beginning of the dark half of the year. Its origins go back deeply into the Celtic culture.
Preparation in MKIK began a week before the event. Everyone who wanted to help took part in the decoration of the college. They made webs and spiders from threads, hung up posters, and made attributes beforehand.
Halloween began with costume contest in the fashion show format where everyone could show their outfits and tell about them and support other participants.
Themed photo zone on the 4th floor was full of students who were taking beautiful photos gladly for their Instagram.
The cartoon Over the Garden Wall was broadcast in the conference room after the lessons so all students could watch it in a good company.
Students remembered this day as very eventful and ‘atmospheric’.
