ïîäïèñàòüñÿThe adaptation period of the first-year students is over. They shared their impressions. What were the expectations of students of different MKIK Colleges? Were they happy with their decision ⁸ leave school and enroll in MKIK? You will find the answers in the article.
Despite surveying the students choosing different occupations, we found out that most of their expectations matched.
For example, Anastasia Sokolova, a student of the Chinese College of MKIK, noted: “I expected good lecturers, worthy education, and bright memories. I really wanted to be in a friendly and united collective. Of course, I hoped for an interesting and active college life”.
A future designer Vasilisa Fedorovasaid: “I expected that college would be different from school. I mean, better, of course. I also hoped that we would have a responsible dean's office and nice groupmates”.
Ekaterina Shilova from the Photography College said, that she expected a “friendly collective, highly-skilled lecturers, and bright memories”. She also mentioned that the cosy home-like atmosphere in the college was a pleasant surprise. “Everything looks very pleasing to the eye, there is a cute cafeteria at MKIK. The coffee is really tasty”.
Olga Chumachenko from the Publishing and Journalism College agreed with the girls and added: “I mostly expected diving into the occupation”.
But were the expectations of the students fulfilled? Every one of the surveyed students answered positively. MKIK continues to fulfil its enrollees’ and now its students’ hopes.
“While enrolling, I understood that this is a completely new step in my life. However, I didn’t expect that it would be even brighter than I thought. I can’t even name any negative moments. After a busy and eventful day, I come home with a smile on my face and motivation for new achievements tomorrow”, says Alina Novichkova, a student of the Linguistics College.
We want to wish all first-year students to continue their studies at MKIK, enjoy the education process and learning something new, and not to stop on the achieved.
