Aleksandr Bystrov, a second-year student of the Design College, continues to supervise the music workshop, which he organized at MKIK on his own initiative last academic year. Just recently, a newcreative meeting took place within the workshop.
In Perihelion, Aleksandr teaches students to play the guitar absolutely free of charge. In September, even more children started dreaming of joining the workshop.
Both beginners and those who already know how to play and want to improve their skill are welcome in class. At the meetings, the favourite songs of the whole team are learned, not just classical works. So the participants have an increasing interest in mastering a musical instrument.
Aleksandr Bystrov, a student of the Design College, told about the first meeting of this academic year:
“The first lesson was wonderful, we met the newcomers, remembered the chords that were learned last year. We also analysed the ‘Battery’ song and sang it together. As always, there was a very pleasant and friendly atmosphere, so I am very glad that there is such an opportunity to gather with new people and do our favourite thing”.
If you have been dreaming of learning to play the guitar for a long time but always postponed it, then come to the Perihelion meetings on Mondays at16:10.
