Description 

The Festival of Irish Culture has been taking place in MKIK for more than 10 years. The students, Moscow schoolchildren, lecturers, and teachers participate in the project. The richprogramme of the festival includes different exercises about Irish culture, traditions, and history. The festival presents songs in English and Irish alongside Irish national dances. Preparation for the festival takes several months. 

During the festival, participants communicate in English only.

Goal 

Immersion in Irish history, literature, culture, and traditions for getting new knowledge.

Methods 

Holding an annual festival for studentsand schoolchildren, working out new contest tasks, quests, and informalintercultural communication.
